Suofu coding pump features
High and low temperature resistance
The temperature resistance of NP series coding pump is between -120~150 °C
High pressure resistance
NP series miniature magnetic gear pump adopts magnetic drive design, the whole pump has no moving seal, only O-ring static seal, there is no risk of dynamic seal failure. NP series special cavity profile design, can adapt to the outlet pressure wide range of changing conditions, whether it is low pressure, high pressure or short time reversal can be well adapted.
42 series coding pump: inlet and outlet pressure difference up to 20Bar; Pump body pressure resistance up to 30Bar-100bar (customized)
51/60/98/106 series coding pump: the pressure difference between inlet and outlet can reach more than 40-50Bar; The pump body can withstand pressures up to 70 bar
Abrasion resistant
The gears used in NP series coding pumps are made of PEEK engineering plastic with high-performance special filling materials, and the working tooth surface adopts high-precision one-time injection molding process without mechanical processing. The process of one-time injection molding greatly increases the process difficulty and manufacturing cost, but ensures the complete and dense structure of the gear working surface and improves the wear resistance and life of the gear.
The high-precision industrial zirconia ceramic shaft used in NP series coding pump has super wear resistance and rigidity, which ensures the stability of pump work under abrasive liquid and high pressure working conditions and improves the life of the product.
The special gear profile design of Sofu's patented technology provides excellent wear resistance to the gears of the coding pump, and the almost pure rolling gear meshing feature minimizes wear during gear operation.
Corrosion resistant
The whole series of NP series coding pumps are Sofu's independent patented technology products, which can be customized according to different working conditions to meet the use of coding pumps in different systems.

No leakage in magnetic transmission
NP series coding pump products use magnetic couplings, which eliminate the risk of leakage and maintenance costs caused by traditional dynamic seals.
Low noise
At 2000rpm, the noise of NP series coding pump products is between 45dB~75dB.
Helical gears can be used for applications with high noise requirements.
Strong self-suction
In the case of full dry operation, the inlet self-priming height of the NP series inkjet pump can reach 4 meters, and the vertical suction height of 8.2 meters water column.
Long service life
In clean media, NP series coding pumps can be used for more than 20,000 hours
Can run dry for a long time
In many applications where self-priming is required, it is of no practical use if the pump can only run dry for a short time. The dry running time of imported pumps of the same type is very short, generally measured in seconds or minutes, and the dry running time of NP series products can reach 100 hours at the appropriate speed.
In applications where the inlet vacuum of the pump is used to draw media into the pump, the NP Series provides reliable dry running performance without damage due to dry operation during self-priming.
The outlet pressure difference is stable and pulsation-free
Compared with piston and diaphragm inkjet pumps, NP series magnetic gear pumps have stable flow and no pulsation, which can easily form a closed-loop control system with various flow meters.
