Wide range of temperature

The temperature resistant range of the NP Series Pump is -120~150℃.

High pressure resistant

The NP Series Micro Magnetic Gear Pumps are designed magnetically driven,and only have O-ring static seals ,with no dynamic seals for applications that cannot tolerate leaks.NP series special cavity style design, can adapt to the working conditions of a wide range of changes in outlet pressure,whether it is low pressure, high pressure or short time reversal.

The 42 Series Pumps: The differential pressure could be 20Bar, the pressure resistant of pump body up to 30-100Bar.(Tailor-Made)

The 51,60,98,106 Series Pumps :The differential pressure could be 40-50Bar, The highest pressure resistant of the housing pump could up to 70Bar.

Abrasion Resistance

The gear of the NP Series pumps are in PEEK which is special engineering plastic material with high-performance,the working surface of gear adopts high-precision one-time injection molding processing without mechanical processing.In deed,the one-time injection molding processing increases greatly the technology difficulty and manufacturing cost,but it guarantees the integrity and compactness of the gear working surface structure,and improves the Abrasion Resistance and lifespans of the gear.

High-precision

The NP Series Pumps are in high-precision industrial zirconia ceramic shafts with super wear resistance and rigidity, which guarantees the pump works smoothly under abrasive liquids and high pressure working conditions,and improves the life service of the product.

Chemically Resistant

The special gear style design of Suofu's patented technology provides excellent Abrasion Resistance for the gears of the pump, and the almost purely rolling gear meshing can minimize the wear of the gears during operation.

In the case of completely dry running,the height of inlet self-priming of the NP Series pumps can reach to 4 meters,and the height of vertical suction is 8.2 meters of water column.

NP Series pumps can be used for more than 20,000 hours in clean medium.

Completely dry running for a long time

In many applications that require self-priming,there is no practical value if the pump can only dry running for a quite short time.The dry running time of the same type of pump is very short,usually calculated in seconds or minutes,including main international competitors around the world.While the dry running time of NP Series can reach up to 100 hours with reasonable speed.（More details consult the company.）

In applications which require the use of the pump`s inlet vacuum to suck medium into pump,the NP Series provides assured dry running performance and pump will not be damaged by dry running during self-priming.

Smooth,pulseless exit differential pressure

Compared with plunger and diaphragm metering pumps,NP Series fluorine pumps can deliver smoothly and pulseless,and ease to form a closed-loop control system with various flow meters.

Matterials

The housing of pump are in 316L stainless steel,Hastelloy,Titanium ,Other Alloys, PEEK【High strength,Corrosively resistant,Adapt to wide range of temperature】

The bearings and gears of pump are formed by one-time injection molding with PEEK.【Excellent self-lubrication,mechanical capacity,abrasive resistant and corrosively resistant,adapt to wide range of temperature,long service life.】

The shafts of pump are in high-precision industrial zirconia ceramics.【High-precision industrial zirconia is an excellent shafts material,which is extremely high wear resistance,oxidation resistance,high rigidity,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,and light weight. 】

The magnetic drives of pump are in Rare Earth and fully covered by PPS or PVDF.【The 150°C high temperature Rare Earth magnetic drive are fully covered by PPS,which transmit continuous powerful torque to the pump.】

The O-rings are in FKM,EPDM,PTFE,FVMQ,CR.【Various materials are available,adapt to different corrosive fluid,low risk of leak】
